The Role

We are the leading provider of software in the healthcare sector. Our work serves the goal of improving healthcare by ensuring that the necessary information is available anytime and anywhere.

Your Contribution:

  • Within the Group Procurement Organization, you are globally responsible for the direct Spend (COGS) inside the Software Category and manage the development of the category as well as implementation of the relevant sourcing strategy.

  • With your colleagues and your senior stakeholders you are able to develop and work in an effective, trustful, and personal relationship.
  • Together with relevant business contacts, you align your strategies and act as a trusted advisor to them to initiate strategic initiatives.
  • You will develop and manage strategic supplier relationships and be responsible for the entire sourcing to contracting process in your area of responsibility, from managing business needs, defining sourcing strategies and selecting suppliers to leading negotiations.

What you bring along:

  • Several years of practical experience in the field of procurement or software-sales
  • Successfully completed degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Deep understanding of internal processes related to sales, service and order fulfilment
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English, additional languages (e.g. Italian, French) are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, commercial understanding and willingness to lead change

What you can expect from us:

  • Mobile Work: Work flexibly on the move two days a week and on site three days a week.
  • Attractive locations: In addition to fully equipped workplaces, regular events such as summer parties and Christmas parties await you at our locations.
  • Development: Our in-house academy and our portfolio of external co-operation partners will support you in your further development.
  • Health: Health is your most valuable asset. Our in-house canteen offers a selection of tasty and healthy dishes every day, and we welcome you to our fully equipped fitness centre for weekly courses.
