Job Description: CIB - Global Card Ops Readiness and Integration Lead - Associate
The primary responsibility of the Readiness and Integration Associate is to lead operational readiness and integration efforts in Global Card Operations to drive consistency in process and technology used by the various products.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational readiness and integration efforts in Global Card Operations for Merchant Services-related activities.
  • Follow standard project methodology to provide a best-in-class strategy and implementation.
  • Influence internal and external parties to deliver solutions ahead of the required timeline for clients and/or internal stakeholders.
  • Provide ad-hoc feedback to the core product and process management teams.
  • Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance client and employee experience.
  • Proactively lead knowledge-sharing sessions with the internal team.
  • Foster information sharing across the business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations, business, and/or project management or a comparable role.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to drive a positive client experience.
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail, quality, and compliance.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Succeed in a dynamic, changing environment, rapidly assimilating and applying new information.
  • Think innovatively, be a self-starter, and be highly motivated.
  • Exhibit leadership and people management skills.
  • Build strong business relationships within the site and across the business.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Suite of applications, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, and capable of developing high-quality presentations.
  • Have previous experience with payments or card networks, especially if you have worked as part of an operations team.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in Intelligent Automation solutions (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau).
  • Previous experience with payments or card networks is a plus, especially if you have worked as part of an operations team.
