Rubrik is looking for a creative Global Campaigns Manager to elevate our demand generation efforts. We need a hands-on person who can help design and execute integrated campaigns that directly drive pipeline and revenue growth on a global scale.
You are the ideal candidate if you are passionate about building marketing programs from the ground up, translating market opportunities into actionable strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You have a solid understanding of the customer journey and experience running campaigns that resonate with a global audience. Your decisions are backed by data, and you're eager to optimize ROI and improve performance. This role would report into our Palo Alto OR Austin offices 3 days a week.
What You'll Do:
- Help drive the development and execution of a key global demand generation campaign, from awareness to conversion to hit MQL, meeting, and pipeline goals.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for cross-functional partners in product marketing, content, creative, web, digital, and regional marketing — keeping projects moving and flagging blockers.
- Partner closely with a cross-functional team across product marketing, content, creative, web, digital, and regional marketing to keep execution on track and feed learnings back into the plan.
- Track and analyze campaign performance across the demand funnel, surfacing insights and recommendations to improve results over time.
- Maintain a global campaign calendar, keeping activities aligned with broader business objectives and regional needs.
Experience You'll Need:
- 4+ years of demand generation experience, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud.
- Creativity is paramount. You will be asked about specific examples of truly creative campaigns/ideas you have run as well as creative ways you have or would solve problems.
- Working knowledge of the demand generation mix, with examples of campaigns you've built or contributed to that drove lead or pipeline growth.
- Comfort working with data: building reports, pulling metrics from a CRM or marketing automation platform, and translating numbers into a clear takeaway.
- An ability to juggle multiple campaign workstreams and deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and regions.

Skills Required
- 7+ years of progressive demand generation experience
- At least 3 years of integrated campaign experience in a B2B company
- Experience in cybersecurity or cloud marketing
- Demonstrated expertise across the full demand generation mix with measurable lead and revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with focus on optimizing ROI and performance measurement
- Mastery of project management and meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with marketing and CRM tech stacks such as Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in high-growth, dynamic settings
