As a Global Campaign Manager you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing global marketing communication strategy & campaigns for the category leader in smart connected lighting: Philips Hue.

What you’ll do
 

  • Co-create the brand communication strategy for Philips Hue. Analise brand health and key kpis, define cluster regions, and define the strategy and  key communication initiatives to grow the brand in the given clusters. Work with the global media agency to define a global media framework to guide markets in their local media briefs. Define the messaging framework across the full Consumer Experience Journey and plan required campaigns, deliverables and assets per touchpoint and channel;

  • Responsible for developing  global marketing campaigns: plan, define insights and key message, brief creative with internal or external agency, test concepts and assets, produce campaign and coordinate amplification throughout all touchpoints CRM, social, web and media,  and deliver comprehensive toolkits to the markets.

  • Support given to product launches by defining strategic message architecture and refining key product proposition.. Campaign manager will be responsible to deliver with internal or external creative and production agencies all content needed for its launch including Pdp content, etailer content, and coordinate with inhouse specialists its launch in organic touchpoints: CRM, organic social, web. They need to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all assets

  • Interact on an ongoing basis and build a strong relationship with key focus markets and monitor localization of centrally developed programs and assets.

  • Interact on an ongoing basis with the Product management teams, and with the E-commerce team.

  • Monitoring and assessing campaigns, measuring the ROI of campaigns, whilst being the interface to the business and local markets. Testing concepts / assets and include a continuous optimization loop

  • Annual budget planning and management.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone with a strong zest to understand and apply current trends in marketing, who continuously seeks to improve current ways of working, who fosters an  innovative approach and constantly seeks for additional value creation from internal and external partners.

  • Strong consumer and digital marketing background with 10+ years of related experience

  • Strong preference for FMCG experience or consumer electronics and experience in Direct-to-Consumer

  • University degree in business or marketing / MBA preferred

  • High level of English written & spoken is a Must.

  • Well versed in both brand building and performance marketing

  • Ability to identify insights and trends from analytical data, to inform positioning, develop activation plans and evaluate existing campaigns.

  • Experience in regional and global organizations (would be a plus)

  • Experience in developing consumer campaigns, starting from consumer insights and barriers to concept development, testing, production, activation and evaluation integrated consumer marketing campaigns, including web, social, paid media, CRM, and experiential
