We offer a high-impact global leadership opportunity to shape the future performance of DuPont´s Automotive Adhesives business. You would have direct exposure to the Global Business Director, Adhesives plus senior leaders across regions and functions and you would own a broad transformation agenda to turn complex, cross-functional opportunities into a clear roadmap, robust project pipeline, and measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for an influential, action-oriented leader who enjoys connecting people, challenging the status quo, removing barriers, and leaving a lasting impact on a global organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own a multi-year global roadmap across sourcing, materials, formulations, manufacturing, logistics, packaging, external manufacturing, portfolio complexity, and process efficiency.
  • Build and prioritize the initiative pipeline by business impact, speed, feasibility, customer needs, risk, resources, and sustainability.
  • Run governance, project reviews, escalation, executive reporting, and a single source of truth for status, risks, decisions, and actions.
  • Align cross-functional teams on scope, ownership, timing, dependencies, and decisions; remove barriers and drive execution.
  • Partner across Procurement, Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, MT, Quality, and Supply Chain on sourcing, localization, formulation, yield, process, asset, packaging, portfolio, and supply-resilience initiatives.
  • Ensure technical, quality, customer-approval, and Management of Change requirements are met.
  • Partner with Finance to validate and sustain benefits; champion continuous improvement, global best-practice sharing, and organizational capability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Several years of extensive experience in manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, product management, operations, or business leadership.
  • Proven delivery of measurable productivity, operational, or business performance improvements in a global matrix organization.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing, materials, sourcing, product qualification, financial drivers, and cross-functional execution.
  • Strong project-management, analytical, communication, influencing, and change-leadership skills. Relevant industry and Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel globally as needed, approximately 30%–50%.
