Role & Responsibilities

Competitive Intelligence

· Drive robust competitive intelligence at global level across the total spirits industry (e.g., category dynamics, white spaces, competitor strategies and governance changes, etc.).

· Monitor competitors and emerging industry trends on a daily basis, producing synthesis notes and in-depth analyses to feed the monthly competitive intelligence report.

· Act as a key point of contact with Brand Units and Markets to collect category & market-level competitive insights, and collaborate closely with the Consumer Insights team to identify emerging consumer trends.

Strategic Projects

· Support the Business Strategy team on a wide range of transversal strategic projects for the Group by producing rigorous analyses and synthesizing relevant data into actionable recommendations.

· Prepare high-quality presentations and briefing materials to support executive discussions, arbitration, and decision-making.
 

Profile & Skills

· Master’s student in Business, Management, Strategy, or a related field.

· Strong research and analytical skills, with proven experience in desk research and the use of multiple data sources.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

· Strong interest in the Wine & Spirits industry.

· Fluent in English and French.

· Previous experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or business intelligence is a strong advantage.
