About the Role
Join our Pre Deployment Team and play a key role in shaping the future SAP S/4HANA landscape across the ITS EMEA region.
As the connecting link between global template teams and local plants, you will prepare sites for the upcoming SAP S/4HANA transformation by analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and enabling local teams for a smooth deployment.We offer:

Process Analysis & Fit/Gap Assessment
- Assess and document current business processes in ITS EMEA plants
- Compare local processes against the global SAP S/4HANA template
Pre‑Deployment Preparation
- Drive key preparation activities: data cleansing, process harmonization, organizational readiness
- Adapt legacy processes to the future SAP S/4HANA setup
Collaboration & Alignment
- Align with the global DtB IE Template Team and coordinate upstream/downstream processes (StProd, QM, Logistics, IT, etc.)
- Contribute to the further development of IE processes within SAP S/4HANA and Teamcenter
Stakeholder Management & Enablement
- Partner with local leadership, process owners, and key users
- Deliver trainings on the SAP template and ensure a smooth knowledge transfer
What You Bring
Professional Experience
- Several years in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in transformation projects; SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and interdependencies
- Knowledge of process modelling and fit/gap methodologies (e.g., Signavio)
Methodological Skills
- Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving
- Ability to visualize and explain complex processes clearly
- Confident in workshop facilitation and stakeholder alignment
- Basic understanding of change management and training concepts
Personal Strengths
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sites and cultures
- Proactive, structured, and reliable working style
- High learning agility and willingness to dive into complex template content
- Resilience in a dynamic transformation environment
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (approx. 30–40%)
