Ready to take a LEAP?  Pernod Ricard is looking for a Finance Global Business Process Manager within Pernod Ricard's Leap ERP transformation program, and as part of Record to Decide team, is tasked with designing the SAP FINANCE Core Model that will be implemented in the new ERP system. This role focuses on ensuring these Accounting processes are efficient, compliant, and capable of supporting accurate financial reporting and analysis across the organization.

 

You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris. 

 

Your Key Missions

 

  • Process Design: You will develop and standardize Finance processes which includes GL, Asset, Intercompany Accounting but not limited to, ensuring that they are aligned with group Accounting rules and ERP capabilities.
  • Compliance and Controls: You will ensure the designed processes meet all regulatory compliance requirements and internal controls, minimizing financial risk.
  • ERP Integration: You will collaborate with the ERP implementation team to integrate accounting processes, ensuring accurate data capture, analysis and reporting functionality.
  • Financial Reporting: You will design processes within the ERP to facilitate timely and accurate financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaboration and Training: You will work closely with finance and Tech teams to ensure smooth implementation of Accounting processes. Develop and deliver training to Accounting staff on new processes and ERP functionalities, in reparation for pilots and rollout.

 

Key Interactions

  • Internal with other process teams (O2C, F2S, S2P) and tech teams

 

Geographical scope

  • Location: Paris (relocation possible)
  • Business travels to be expected: limited but more frequent during pilot phase

  • You have a Master's degree in Accounting, Controlling and Audit or business school
  • You are have 8+ years experience in Finance
  • You have finance operation processes knowledge and expertise having also worked on Global SAP roll out
  • You have SAP knowledge
  • You are fluent in English, French and Spanish are appreciated but not mandatory
