- Bachelor’s degree in business, chemical engineering, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- Over 12 years of progressive commercial leadership experience with proven success in business development, P&L management, marketing related to engineering, chemical and technical environments.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams in cross-cultural environments.
- Strong strategic thinker with excellent communication and skills and a history of achieving outstanding results through customer-centric initiatives.
