About This Role:

We’re looking for a Global Brand Design Manager (m/f/d) to join our Design organization and lead the evolution of Atolls’ brands, including Mydealz, Dealabs, Hotukdeals, Pepper, Shoop, iGraal, and other brands across our multiple markets.

This role is ideal for a systems-minded creative leader passionate about design scalability, craft excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll define and scale our global brand’s visual identity across products, campaigns, and experiences, ensuring cohesive, high-quality design that connects users and partners worldwide.

You’ll champion AI, automation, and process-driven design, partnering closely with product, marketing, commercial, and editorial teams to align on a unified global roadmap that maximizes the brand’s reach, impact, and creative potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and evolve the global brand identity system, scaling the use of our logo, color palette, typography, iconography, imagery, and motion design to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Develop scalable systems, toolkits, and workflows that maintain global consistency while allowing regional flexibility. Define and uphold design principles that drive creative excellence and innovation.
  • Leverage AI and automation to streamline production, improve efficiency, and raise the quality bar at scale.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and design system teams to integrate the brand seamlessly across product, campaign, and experiential environments. Define and drive the global brand design roadmap in collaboration with marketing, product, commercial, and editorial partners, ensuring unified priorities and long-term strategic alignment.
  • Foster a culture of openness, critique, and collaboration—mentoring senior designers and leading creative reviews that strengthen global design quality.
  • Own the delivery of global brand initiatives from concept to execution, translating strategy into scalable outcomes with measurable impact. 
 Your Profile:
  • 4+ years of experience in Brand Design Leadership at scale.
  • Proven success defining and evolving global visual identity systems across multiple markets and channels.
  • Deep expertise in brand systems, typography, color, motion design, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools and systems, for instance, Figma, Adobe, and others.
  • Experience integrating AI and automation into creative workflows.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset—leading with empathy, clarity, and accountability.
