- Drive Organic Growth & Engagement
- Increase the number of customers discovering TodayTix through organic channels (non-paid search, social, PR, word of mouth).
- Strengthen member engagement, leading to more repeat purchases and higher customer lifetime value.
- Develop and test organic growth strategies that meaningfully contribute to acquisition and retention.
- Orchestrate a Best-in-Class Cross-Channel Marketing Experience
- Establish a clear, unified marketing calendar that aligns paid, CRM, and organic efforts for maximum impact.
- Ensure brand-led campaigns are fully integrated across channels, enhancing customer experience and storytelling.
- Improve the ability to measure the impact of brand marketing on business outcomes.
- Build & Lead a High-Performing Creative & Social Team
- Recruit and retain top creative and organic social talent to support TodayTix’s brand vision.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, creativity, and results-driven marketing.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring high performance and impact.
- Define & Implement a Winning PR & Thought Leadership Strategy
- Develop a proactive PR strategy that secures meaningful media placements and drives brand credibility.
- Position TodayTix executives as industry thought leaders through speaking engagements, interviews, and op-eds.
- Identify and activate external PR resources in the UK and US as needed to amplify key initiatives.
- Safeguard & Evolve the TodayTix Brand Identity
- Ensure consistent application of TodayTix’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
- Lead brand evolution efforts as the company scales, ensuring continued relevance and resonance.
- Establish TodayTix as a brand that customers love and actively recommend.
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- 6-8+ years of experience in a marketing and communications role at a consumer-facing tech platform.
- A proven track record of managing channel communications and leading creative and organic social teams.
- Experience developing and executing impactful brand campaigns with measurable results.
- A relentlessly curious and creative mindset, with a passion for emerging technologies, channels, and ways of working.
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to elevate creative work.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across the organization.
- Experience managing and motivating a team, with a focus on clear expectations and empathetic leadership.
- A genuine passion for tech, pop culture, and the performing arts!
