Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a talented, creative, and data-driven Global Brand Communications Lead to join our Global Brand Team and help shape how millions of people experience and connect with Glovo around the world.
As Global Brand Comms Lead, you will develop and execute impactful communication campaigns that strengthen Glovo’s brand equity, build brand love, and bring our value proposition to life across diverse audiences and cultures.
We’re looking for someone with strong mental agility able to connect consumer insights, creativity, culture, and business needs into clear, effective communication solutions.
You will:
Lead the end-to-end development of global TV campaigns and related cross-channels tool boxes, from project planning, concepts development, consumer testing and production.
Spearhead the relationship with creative agencies and production houses to produce high-impact communication that resonates with diverse cultures and markets, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Take part in the ongoing evolution and refinement of Glovo's global communication strategy, ensuring continuous alignment with the company's brand objectives and evolving business goals.
Co-lead AI initiatives to drive more relevant and effective communications.
Collaborate, provide guidance and support regional and local marketing teams to maintain brand integrity while localizing .
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design and performance marketing to develop a robust pipeline of digital communications to accelerate new customer acquisition.
Track and manage the global communications budget.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience, ideally in brand management/communication role (FMCG or Top tier creative agency background is a plus).
University degree in Business administration or marketing
Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate it into compelling TV & cross-channels creatives.
Proven experience leading TV& 360 campaign development end-to-end, including agency management and creative feedback.
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
Experience developing integrated campaigns across ATL, digital and social channels.
Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling techniques.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Strong proficiency in analyzing and leveraging data and consumer insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Spanish native and very fluent in English, other languages would be a plus.
