As a Global B2C Partnerships Manager you’ll be part of the Digital Marketing Operations team in Consumer Strategy and Marketing. You’ll be the expert responsible for taking care of driving centrally the e-tailer strategy, tactics, reporting, and support markets and improve our presence and conversions at etailers like Amazon,

What you’ll do

Accountable for maintaining, updating and improving channel guidelines for all consumer brands that are being used for monitoring content compliancy as well as for creating / updating content.

Consulting MarCom Managers in the process of important new product introductions (A) to secure an optimal content strategy within the framework of our key e-tailers and respecting the requirements that are set for us to match.

Consulting Marketing Strategy Managers for improving the channel communication strategy, making sure our deliverables always match the latest requirements from key E-tailers and we utilize the given framework in a most effective way

Initiate testing and research initiatives to improve the effectiveness of our content in the channel

Lead the deployment and adoption of proven and well tested value adding initiatives, best practices, tooling or services that impact online sales growth in our markets.

Monitor customer sentiment of our consumer products, flag potential risks and initiate improvements that help us to improve customer NPS and reduce returns / customer contacts

Work close with key markets to collect data and insights about customer behavior that helps us to structurally improve our content to increase conversion.

Adapt to business unit development plans by supporting and consulting in strategic initiatives that involve shopper marketing.

Define long term strategic B2C e-commerce partners based on digital maturity, growth potential and current business impact.

Setup and maintain an Indirect Channel eCommerce Playbook to support eCommerce ambitions from markets by giving direction for a well-executed shopper journey and drive a data driven mindset while strongly guarding the digital marketing scope.

Improve general measurability in the channel by collecting detailed quantitative sales reporting and qualitative insights from our partners and tooling to connect this into global measurement applications.

Lead training and educational session as subject matter expert of the channel to markets and businesses.
What you’ll need

+10 years proven international marketing experience and understanding of B2C ecommerce / digital marketing practices

5+ years of experience with (functional) requirements gathering & analysis

Very strong customer-first and commercial mindset with understanding of the ecommerce domain and related trends, always looking for finding smarter ways to sell more

Experience with leading large strategic transformational projects and international deployment

Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field (Channel Marketing, eCommerce, eTrade, Digital Marketing, business management, or a related discipline)

Combination between strategic thinking and hands-on capabilities

Strong influencing and leadership skills with the ability to operate in ambiguous and changing environments

Proven ability to think strategically and to communicate a compelling vision

Team player who can switch between roles and communication styles and can communicate with all levels
