Job Description Summary

As a Global Associate Director in the Data Management, Analytics, DS&AI Solutions domain, you will be co-responsible for levelling up the Sandoz Data Maturity to the level to fully enable intelligent automation of the development processes and Advanced AI use cases. Your job would be to understand business requirements, their data and lead the various team to introduce, organize that data for the upgraded data platform and facilitate AI and Analytics ready Data Products.
The environment gives you also the opportunity to grow primarily on Data Management topics, but also in the connection with AI, process automation and Pharma Business in general. Job Description

Job Summary

As a Global Associate Director in the Data Management, Analytics, DS&AI Solutions domain, you will be co-responsible for levelling up the Sandoz Data Maturity to the level to fully enable intelligent automation of the development processes and Advanced AI use cases. Your job would be to understand business requirements, their data and lead the various team to introduce, organize that data for the upgraded data platform and facilitate AI and Analytics ready Data Products.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan, design and execute data related initiatives.
  • Work strategically and tactically to ensure efficient data-driven decision making in key areas, such as Technical Development, Clinical Development, Regulatory affairs, Patient Safety, Product Lifecycle.
  • Lead teams with internal and external collaborators to deliver the best Data Products.
  • Support operational and cost efficiency through best practices on Data & Analytics.
  • Collaborate to ensure compliance with the GxP, FDA, EMA, internal SOPs and other regulatory frameworks on the Data related topics.
  • Establish and maintain good relationship and effective communication with the key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to team initiatives and actions to grow and develop each other.
  • Consult and assist other teams on delivering Analytics and AI solutions as needed.
  • Contribute to culture of collaboration, team-work and accountability with the wellness of our Patients in mind.

          

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, physics, (financial) mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • 6+ years of Data Management, Analytics or Data Science related functions.
  • Very good understanding of the role of Data and Analytics in a big organization.
  • Understand key ingredients to the best Enterprise Data Management and organizational Data Maturity.
  • Deep experience with big data projects and / or platforms.
  • Ability to plan, design and deliver data related initiatives.
  • Understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Ability to evaluate different approaches.
  • Working with or for mid / large companies in the past.
  • Fluent in English.

Qualifications
