The Business Analyst (Pipeline & Portfolio) plays a central role in bridging business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating complex cross-functional requirements into clear, implementable solutions. Operating in a highly integrated, data-driven environment, this role ensures alignment, quality, and successful delivery of solutions—primarily within Salesforce-based platforms—while driving adoption and continuous improvement.

Job Description

  • Your Key Responsibilities:

    Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from elicitation through documentation, validation, and acceptance.

    • Translate complex business needs into structured user stories, functional specifications, and actionable requirements.

    • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure aligned understanding and outcomes.

    • Drive cross-functional alignment by identifying dependencies, impacts, and required decisions across domains and geographies.

    • Ensure consistency, traceability, and quality of requirements through adherence to standards and structured documentation practices.

    • Facilitate workshops, deep dives, and working sessions to clarify processes and resolve ambiguities or conflicts.

    • Support testing, validation, and user readiness through acceptance criteria definition and review of outputs.

    • Develop training materials and enablement activities to ensure effective adoption and business value realization.

    • KPI: Requirements Quality & Stability – Percentage of requirements delivered without major rework after development starts.

    What you’ll bring to the role:

    Essential Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    • 5+ years of experience in business analysis within digital, IT, or data-driven environments.

    • Proven expertise in requirements engineering, including elicitation, documentation, refinement, and validation.

    • Hands-on experience working in agile delivery models with user stories, backlogs, and iterative development cycles.

    • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without formal authority across cross-functional teams.

    • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments with complex organizational structures.

    • Exposure to enterprise systems or digital platforms, preferably Salesforce-based solutions.

    • Basic understanding of business processes such as forecasting, portfolio management, or project management, with willingness to learn domain-specific systems.

    • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills with ability to structure complex challenges into actionable solutions.

    • Business fluent in English (written and spoken).

    Desirable Requirements:

    • Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, particularly in portfolio, forecasting, or commercial processes.

    • Experience interacting with senior leadership, including preparing structured materials and supporting decision-making.
