Blackstone is seeking a Global Advertising Campaign Strategy, AVP to support the development and execution of integrated paid media campaigns. Reporting to the Global Advertising Campaign Strategy Lead, this role contributes to initiatives spanning the U.S., Japan, and other international markets. The position requires a global perspective, fluency across creative and media channels, and the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.
This individual will partner with marketing, digital, and content teams, as well as external agencies, to support campaign strategy and execution across markets and channels. The role focuses on translating business priorities into clear creative and channel guidance, helping ensure campaigns are audience‑led and aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
The ideal candidate brings strong creative and media judgment, a thoughtful strategic perspective, and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional partners and agency teams. Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in advertising, creative strategy, brand strategy, integrated marketing, or agency strategy roles
- Experience working at the intersection of creative strategy and digital marketing — i.e., comfort connecting creative decisions to audience data and channel performance, not exclusively a traditional brand-building background
- Demonstrated experience developing integrated campaigns across paid, digital, and brand channels in partnership with external agencies
- Uses AI tools to improve day-to-day workflows across briefing, research, and creative development, and adapts strategies based on how AI is changing customer behavior, search and discovery, and platform dynamics
- Strong writing and briefing skills, and can translate business priorities and audience insights into clear creative briefs and campaign strategy documents
- Strong creative judgment and experience shaping work from brief through production with agency and cross-functional partners
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, and can influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams

Expected annual base salary range:
$105,000 - $150,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
