We're looking for a Global Account Manager to help accelerate enterprise adoption of private wireless across industrial, logistics, ports, government, and mission-critical environments.
This is a high-impact, growth role for a sales leader who thrives in partner-led GTM motions, understands complex enterprise buying cycles, and can engage confidently with executives, technical stakeholders, and ecosystem partners.
What you will do:
- Lead partner-driven enterprise growth Build and execute joint business plans with system integrators, operators, MSPs, and neutral-host partners to generate pipeline, enable solutions, and close strategic deals.
- Drive Private 5G & Private LTE adoption Position Ericsson's private wireless portfolio-including Private 5G, CBRS, edge compute, Wi-Fi, and transport-as mission-critical enablers of digital transformation.
- Own strategic enterprise accounts Develop multi-year account strategies for large industrial and infrastructure customers, aligning executive stakeholders around modernization roadmaps.
- Execute complex sales cycles Lead opportunities end-to-end-from hunting and demand generation through solution design, executive presentations, negotiation, and close.
- Influence GTM and product strategy Bring customer and partner insights back to Product, Marketing, and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities and accelerate deal velocity.
The skills you bring:
- 10+ years of enterprise telecom / connectivity sales experience.
- Deep expertise in Private 5G, Private LTE, CBRS, DAS / small cells, Wi-Fi, fiber & transport.
- Proven success with partner-led and ecosystem-driven sales models.
- Strong executive presence with experience selling to C-suite and senior operations leaders.
- Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Strategic thinker with a hunter's mindset and disciplined account planning approach.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
The salary range for this position is:
• $160,000 - $216,000
Variable Compensation Plan (select if SIP):This role includes the opportunity for sales commissions as a part of the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Variable Compensation Plan. Actual payouts are based on performance against sales targets and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules may apply.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
