What you’ll do

  • Own a portfolio of small Global Accounts, with a view to strategize the growth for our global clients as part of the wider Egencia offering
  • Manage the lifecycle of the account, being responsible for business development, strategy , contact ownership and contract renewal
  • Lead global projects as required with the ability to guide cross-functional teams to achieve established goals and deliverables.
  • Identify Global and local strategic initiatives to deliver value to your customers travel programs
  • Deliver Global Travel Program reviews, in accordance with the contract. Provide analysis and deliver recommendations to drive a strong program adoption and deliver savings whilst delivering against the customer’s measures of success
  • Interact and build a strong, positive rapport with the Account Management team(s) globally, also developing long term relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Represent Egencia in a polished and professional manner; maintain composure in times of stress; ensure the highest levels of service and professionalism are maintained 

What We're Looking For

  • Experience building client relationships in a commercial B2B account / portfolio management  environment, managing a portfolio of UK or global clients operating across regions.
  • You have preferably come from a travel, technology or SaaS background
  • You possess experience of working on accounts that have a global element and possess an international mindset
  • You are fluent in English up to professional or native level, with additional language experience a positive
  • You possess strong communication skills: abilities to include conveying, receiving and interpret ideas and information, influence partner decisions and presents information appropriately to a wide and diverse range of audience
  • You are able to work independently
