Account Manager (Post Sales & Delivery)

About Us
MedTech World is seeking a proactive and organised Account Manager to support our expanding global portfolio of sponsors, partners, and clients. As we scale across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia, this role is central to delivering a smooth and high-quality experience for every partner.
This is not a sales role. You will step in once a deal is closed, acting as the main point of contact to ensure seamless coordination across logistics, marketing, design, production, and operations. The ideal candidate is detail-focused, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international events environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Communication
- Serve as the main operational contact for clients after a deal is closed.
- Keep communication clear, consistent, and professional at all times.
- Manage event-related queries, timelines, expectations, and follow-ups.
Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics, marketing, design, production, and operations to ensure all contracted deliverables are delivered on time.
- Oversee sponsorship activation: branding, booth builds, speaker slots, schedules, marketing deliverables, and on-site support.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and client requirements across multiple global events.
Operational Support
- Handle daily operational tasks such as ticket allocations, upgrades, access passes, scheduling, and documentation.
- Support clients with pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Maintain internal trackers, documentation, and CRM systems for accurate reporting.
Commercial Support
- Manage minor commercial updates such as ticket upgrades or add-ons for existing clients, in coordination with the Business Development team.
- Flag upsell, renewal, or cross-event opportunities to the BD team.
Client Experience & Process Improvement
- Collect client feedback and work with internal teams to refine delivery processes.
- Support ongoing improvements in sponsorship delivery and client success workflows.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in account management, client services, events, or related fields.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients at once.
- Experience with CRM or project management tools (HubSpot is an advantage).
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong team player who can coordinate across several departments.
