Responsibilities of a Global Account Director:
- Serve as a senior advisor and subject matter expert on all Mediafly products and offerings, driving both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing global accounts.
- Navigate and lead multi-level, multi-region deals with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Partner strategically with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, ensure forecast accuracy, and set clear client expectations.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and strategic guidance to the Account Development Directors and other members of the sales organization.
- Contribute to global go-to-market strategies for key Mediafly products, leveraging subject matter expertise and certifications.
- Represent Mediafly in industry thought leadership initiatives, speaking engagements, and advisory sessions within the Sales Enablement and broader enterprise technology space.
- Maintain and grow strategic client relationships globally, with travel as required to key markets.
- Continuously evaluate sales business processes and implement improvements to drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable results.
- Lead proposals, executive presentations, pricing strategies, and complex contract negotiations.
- Leverage executive-level influence to generate new opportunities and advance strategic deals, ensuring maximum engagement with Mediafly solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong professional presence, including social media engagement, to enhance Mediafly’s brand and community within the industry.
- Demonstrate Mediafly technology during client engagements to showcase best practices and drive adoption.
- Use DealDesk and other sales enablement tools to produce professional, well-branded proposals and materials.

- Extremely motivated with 7+ years of experience in software sales, account management, or business development, focused on enterprise and global accounts.
- Proven success selling enterprise SaaS solutions into executive-level audiences, including CMO, CRO, CIO, and other senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth within large, complex organizations and targeted industry verticals.
- Exceptional executive communication, consultative selling, and strategic account management skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong technical acumen and commercial judgment, with the ability to quickly learn and become certified on Mediafly solutions.
- Expertise in navigating complex, multi-tiered organizational environments and building trusted, long-term client relationships globally.
- Experience leveraging Salesforce.com or other CRM ecosystems to manage global account pipelines, forecast accurately, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to design innovative solutions that address client needs while advancing Mediafly’s strategic objectives.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills, guiding junior sales team members and contributing to the development of account strategies.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while collaborating across Customer Success, RevOps, Marketing, and Product teams.
