About the role:
As a Global Account Director, you will be accountable for the building and maintenance of long-term, value-based partnerships, and delivering profitable sales and revenue growth across the full BSI portfolio. You will act as the voice of the client within BSI, and will be the strategic, global point of contact for select key accounts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute global key account strategy & business plans.
Orchestrate a virtual global account team of up to 50 people, enhancing and expanding client relationships.
Collaborate with marketing and Sector/Division strategies to develop a value proposition and clear commercial account strategy.
Develop a global account management plan for each account with key global yearly objectives to fill client needs leveraging BSI’s geographic and Division portfolios.
Drive new business development across all products and services, where allows within BSI’s impartiality rules.
Manage implementation and compliance of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) including pricing and profitability reviews.
Set annual sales and revenue goals in partnership with country and divisional teams.
Promote innovation and co-create new solutions with divisions based on client needs.
Manage a team of up to three global account managers.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Proven success with large corporations with multi-million or billion dollar revenue, and delivering double digit growth.
Strong persuasion and influence skills to drive outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience managing global accounts within matrix, multinational organizations
Strong internal networking skills to connect client needs with BSI capabilities.
Proficient in Salesforce
Experience with AI and business development tools to drive efficiency and optimize performance.
Salary Range: £92,250 - £110,000
The advertised salary range reflects the level, scope and responsibilities of the role. Starting salary within that range will be determined based on experience, skills, market considerations and alignment with internal equity principles.
