Job Description

We are searching for a Global Media Coordinator for one of our large global clients across our network. The role will deliver excellence in account management and work to provide client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams around the world, forging strong relationships and supporting them in developing best in class media campaigns.

Your key activities:

  • Attention to detail: being responsible for managing aspects of the brand globally. This role requires an organized and process driven individual who can keep track of plans and briefs, while also managing deadlines.Working with internal teams in areas of planning, reporting, analytics, measurement;
  • Task management: developing a strong partnership with the brand lead in managing all projects for the client. Being a strong communicator who can take responsibility for select tasks and see them through. Taking pride inowning tasks and ensuring they are done accurately and on time;
  • Global coordination: working with our markets around the globe for the delivery of client needs. Implementing existing processes and workflows while keeping ourteams accountable for the tasks asked of them. Communicating effectively with teams to foster strong relationships. 

We expect from the candidate to: 

  • Provide assistance to the brand lead, owning various tasks in managing the day to day business.
  • Become an expert on the brand and category.
  • Support the brandlead in managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, solving and responsiveness.
  • Work with our cross functional teams to collaborate on plan structure, development, and implementation.

Qualifications

If you have:

  • At least 1+ years of experience related to media
  • Interest in Global/International project management;
  • Basic understanding of digital media;
  • History of managing projects with supervision;
  • Experience in managing communication chains across stakeholders, 
  • Advanced level capabilities with Microsoft Suite of products, specifically excel and powerpoint.

If you can:

  • Read and Interpret Data;
  • Speak English fluently - this is must as this is a global role along with Italian,
  • Advanced level capabilities with Microsoft Suite of products, specifically Excel and Powerpoint
  • Spanish is a nice to have.

  • Time Manager; need to optimize working hours across tasks and teams.
