What you'll do
- Enable E2E value through data technology and AI
- Understanding the data technology principles and digitization of processes
- Manage logistics programs that align with the organization’s strategic objectives and operational requirements.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of logistics programs, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Collaborate with various departments, including supply chain, procurement, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of logistics strategies across the organization.
- Act as a liaison between logistics teams and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and alignment on project goals.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting program progress, challenges, and recommendations for optimization.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of logistics programs and track performance against established goals.
- Conduct regular reviews of logistics performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
What you need to bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration).
- Relevant experience in project management, technology implementation, or data solutions, typically 5+ years in a related role.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives.
As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation.
Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of technology solution principals, data management, data analytics, and business intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.).
- Familiarity with data architecture concepts.
Project Management Skills:
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Manage multiple projects related to technology solutions and data analytics, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans to guide execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, data science, business units, and external vendors, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and fostering collaboration.
- Ensure that data solutions adhere to relevant regulations and best practices for data governance, security, and privacy.
- Promote data literacy and best practices across the organization to enhance data utilization.
