What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
- Month Close Activities: Multiple Legal Entities
- GST reconciliation with ECL Vs GL for Enclosures on monthly basis. Expensing off ineligible ITC in Enclosure on monthly basis and ensure the Balance as per Gst portal is matching with balance as per Books.
- Review of TDS & TCS payment Vs GL balance reconciliation on monthly basis.
- GST ITC tracking and monthly communication to Vendors for any discrepancy in GSTR 2B.
- Preparation & Filing of VAT Return & Refund Form on quarterly basis for ME.
- Timely Completion of OS Reconciliation without any remarks for Multiple Legal Entities.
- Approval of AP & AR OS Reconciliations & highlighting the areas where action to be taken.
- Optimize the Compliance cost i.e Penalties, Interest on late payments etc.
- Data submission to GST Consultants for monthly filings
- Handling Statutory Audit with preparation of FS & Schedules and necessary clarifications
- Preparation of financial statements, tax returns & TP audit report ahead of deadline for the year for Multiple Legal Entities
- Handling GST Annual Audit.
You have:
- Academic background in Chartered Accountant or Commerce Graduate
- Previous experience in or with Chartered Accountant with minimum 1 year of experience in or Commerce Graduate with 8 years’ experience
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, M3 & Syteline).
- Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
