Capco is seeking a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer to join our Technology & Engineering practice in Toronto. This role is ideal for someone with a strong DevOps/DevSecOps background who enjoys designing automation solutions that improve software delivery, developer experience, and operational efficiency.
Working closely with engineering teams, you will develop and enhance GitHub Actions and GitHub Workflows, helping to standardize CI/CD processes and embed automation across the software development lifecycle.
What You'll Do- Design, develop, and maintain GitHub Actions and GitHub Workflows to automate CI/CD processes.
- Build automation solutions using Python, Java, or Groovy to improve engineering productivity and platform reliability.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to implement DevOps and DevSecOps best practices.
- Improve software delivery through scalable, secure, and reusable automation frameworks.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously enhance GitHub-based development workflows.
- Hands-on experience developing GitHub Actions and GitHub Workflows.
- Strong programming experience in Python and Java/Groovy.
- Proven background in DevOps and/or DevSecOps environments.
- Experience designing automation solutions across the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience implementing enterprise CI/CD platforms.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code and cloud-native technologies.
- Familiarity with software security and secure development practices.
- Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated industries.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.
