In this role, you will be working with Geospatial Support Services (GSS) technology, demonstrating your hybrid programming expertise and geospatial specialization to work within enterprise-scale geodatabases; automating database processes, conducting advanced spatial data modeling, and focusing on the hardening of the agency’s security processes, which altogether create an efficient, actionable intelligence database for precise decision-making and reliable product development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, the desired candidate must possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of relevant professional experience
- 6 years of professional experience should include consistent familiarity with ESRI software
- Department of Defense’s Cyber Workforce Framework qualification
- Relevant Database Administrator certification (e.g. MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
- ESRI Enterprise Geodata Management Professional certification
- Senior-level expertise in the design, implementation, security, and management of enterprise-scale geodatabases
- This includes being a subject matter expert in ESRI geodatabase technology
- Possession of strong Database Administrator proficiency in platforms like PostgreSQL and SQL Server
- Senior-level Python and SQL proficiency to conduct automation of database processes, advanced spatial data modeling, performance optimization, and implementing robust backup and recovery procedures
