Accountabilities
- Accountable for meeting personal billability and related targets.
- Providing leadership to achieve health and safety excellence, including developing ERM and subcontractor understanding of ERM’ s commitment to safe working and the importance of adherence to ERM’s and Client‘s safety management requirements.
- Leading the task team and building its reputation within ERM in terms of delivering exceptional performance.
Scope: The aspects of ERM business that the job is designed to positively impact
- Designated projects in multiple countries.
- Task Leadership: Small discrete projects/tasks and /or specific deliverables or phases of work on larger projects
Measuring Impact: The nature of the job’s influence on business results. Recognising that the influence can be direct or indirect. Details of how impact is measured (BSC)
- Zero Loss of Time Injuries (LTIs) and visible and demonstrable safety leadership as measured by engagement with ECS and the Active Leadership Audit programme.
- Completion of tasks within project budget and time requirements
- Identification of efficiencies in carrying out deliverable related tasks
- Client satisfaction through project communications & engagement, quality of outputs produced to deliver client service excellence
- Future sales through identification of possible change orders and new opportunities
- Project risk should be minimised by compliance with the project plan, PIC sign off of deliverables and the ERM risk management process

- Profitability of the project through managing the efficient completion of activities, changes or possible changes to scope, time, budget recommendations
- Project/task risks (Commercial and Operational) are managed

- Works with colleagues to inform decision making and contributing to effective delivery of projects in line with agreed methodologies, procedures, working practices and project priorities.
- Operates within the overarching governance requirements of ERM including PiC/PM model and authorisation levels
