Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads against defined ICP criteria
  • Prospect into target accounts across different industries
  • Identify and engage decision-makers
  • Execute multi-touch outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Set qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Follow up consistently with warm and recycled leads
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up
  • Continuously test and optimize outreach messaging

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound-heavy sales role.
  • Comfortable with high daily activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Strong written communication - you will write more than you will use templates.
  • Organized and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proven B2B experience 
  • Strong HubSpot knowledge 
  • Excellent English proficiency
