Updates biographical data in appropriate database and assist in coordinating and maintaining office activities related to the recording of gifts, pledges, resolving problems, and responding to a variety of inquiries from departments, and donors.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
- HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
TYPICAL EXPERENCE:
- 1 year recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services such as customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to handle public contact, confidential information and maintain effective work-flow systems.
- Knowledge of Windows-based applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
- Motivated, as well as flexible, adaptable and able to maintain a positive attitude while navigating a large, complex, rapidly changing organization, and while positioning others for success.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to understand and speak to the technical aspects of the work, and translate that language to mission-driven fundraisers.
- Highly organized and able to work independently, under pressure, while juggling multiple requests and competing deadlines.

Pay Range is $27.85 to $38.99 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
