GIアプリケーションスペシャリストは汎用超音波診断装置GI(General Imaging)部に所属し、担当する製品に精通しその臨床的価値を訴求し、また日本国内の販売目標達成を目指して販売に関わるあらゆる製品軸の側面で関り、リードしていただきます。
主な職責 (下記のみに限らない)
•担当製品の専門家として技術的、臨床的に製品に精通する。それらを通して顧客と関係構築し販売に貢献する。GEヘルスケア・ジャパン株式会社が目標とする販売目標の達成を最も効率よく実施する
•社内販売関係者および販売会社との関係構築を維持し、情報提供や販売活動のサポートを実施する。販売活動のサポートはデモ時の機器取り扱い説明、検査立ち会いなどとする。
•製品の販売や上市に関わり、社内向けに製品トレーニングや顧客向けに説明会を実行する
•製品の今後の開発に向けて顧客ニーズに傾聴しビジネスに展開する。各エリアのKey Opinion Leaderとの関係構築を行う。
•セールスツールや操作説明マニュアルの作成とセールストレーニングの実施
•GI製品のアプリケーションの技術的側面、コマーシャル的側面の両軸で高いレベルを維持する
•市場における認知度向上に努め、市場分析、競合分析を行い、ビジネスに展開する
•会社の販売目標、収益、予算などのファイナンス指標の達成に貢献する
Qualifications
臨床検査技師もしくは放射線技師の資格取得
医療系学部の大学卒業
最低5年間の医療機器企業勤務もしくは病院勤務を経験していること 。
超音波診断装置の業界経験は優遇する
プレゼンテーションスキル、PCスキル（パワーポイント、ワード、エクセル）
普通自動車免許
社内・社外の両方の関係者と共にソリューション提供型ビジネスを経験していること
複雑な状況でもコミュニケーションスキルがあること、そして簡潔に物事を伝える対人スキルがあること
どのような土地、都道府県でも従事すること
