Get Out the Vote (GOTV) Manager
Overview:
The Get Out the Vote (GOTV) Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to mobilize voters and increase participation in elections. This role focuses on outreach, volunteer coordination, and engagement efforts to ensure that targeted voter groups are informed and encouraged to cast their ballots.
Key Responsibilities:
GOTV Strategy Development:
Design and execute comprehensive voter mobilization plans leading up to election days.
Identify key voter demographics and develop targeted outreach strategies.
Volunteer Recruitment & Training:
Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to conduct voter contact activities, including phone banking, canvassing, and digital outreach.
Ensure volunteers understand GOTV messaging and engagement tactics.
Voter Contact & Outreach:
Oversee phone banking, text banking, door-to-door canvassing, and event-based voter engagement.
Utilize data-driven approaches to track and optimize outreach efforts.
Partnership & Community Engagement:
Collaborate with community organizations, advocacy groups, and local leaders to expand voter outreach efforts.
Build coalitions with grassroots organizations to enhance GOTV initiatives.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain and analyze voter contact data to measure the effectiveness of GOTV strategies.
Generate reports on outreach metrics and voter turnout impact.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure GOTV efforts comply with all election laws and regulations.
Stay up to date on best practices for voter engagement and mobilization.

Experience in political campaigns, community organizing, or voter engagement initiatives.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams and volunteers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of voter outreach tools such as VoteBuilder or other campaign technologies.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
