Join Our Team as a Maintenance Coordinator I – Keep Our Fleet Running Smoothly!


Are you passionate about vehicle maintenance, operational efficiency, and supporting essential business functions? We are looking for a talented Maintenance Coordinator I to join our Mechanic & Repairs team within the broader Fleet function. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our vehicles remain in top condition, supporting the seamless operation of our network.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination of vehicle repairs within the operations network, ensuring all repairs are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
  • Track the progress of ongoing repairs and maintain accurate, up-to-date administrative records for each vehicle.
  • Ensure compliance with defined service levels and escalate repair issues or delays to senior team members as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with mechanics, service providers, and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of repair needs and status updates.
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting on fleet maintenance activities to help identify recurring issues or process improvements.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant fleet by following company policies and industry best practices.

Ideal Experience

  • Previous experience in a business support, administrative, or fleet maintenance coordination role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with vehicle maintenance processes or repair tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Experience working within a structured operations or logistics environment is beneficial.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in record-keeping and administrative tasks.
  • Strong time management and task prioritization abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving and issue escalation skills.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to supporting business operations.
  • Basic understanding of fleet maintenance or repair procedures is a plus.
