À titre de gestionnaire des médias sociaux et de communauté, vous contribuerez à l’élaboration et à l’exécution de stratégies d’engagement du public qui aident nos clients à atteindre leurs objectifs. Responsabilités principales
Soutenir l’élaboration et l’exécution des stratégies d’engagement sur les médias sociaux
Agir comme point de contact principal pour les membres des communautés; répondre à leurs questions, commentaires et préoccupations de façon opportune, réfléchie et conforme au ton de la marque
Imaginer, créer et planifier un contenu engageant destiné à une variété de plateformes sociales et numériques
Rédiger, adapter et traduire des publications en français et en anglais, en veillant à préserver la justesse du ton et la pertinence culturelle du message
Effectuer une veille active des plateformes sociales pour déceler les tendances culturelles, les réactions du public, les risques et les opportunités, notamment chez les publics francophones
Assurer le suivi de la performance des contenus sur les médias sociaux et en faire état; soutenir les stratèges, les équipes internes et les clients en traduisant la performance en données exploitables et en recommandations utiles
Soutenir l’équipe de la stratégie en lui procurant des données et des perspectives qui permettent d’orienter la planification du contenu, l’analyse des tendances, et la gestion de crise ou de réputation
Collaborer étroitement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles (RP, marketing d’influence et service client) pour élaborer et déployer des campagnes intégrées
Demeurer au fait des changements aux plateformes, des pratiques exemplaires et des comportements émergents du public pour faire continuellement évoluer notre approche
Éducation et expérience
Baccalauréat en marketing, en communications, en relations publiques ou dans tout domaine connexe
Au moins deux ans d’expérience formelle de la gestion de communauté, des médias sociaux ou dans tout poste connexe (expérience en agence un atout)
Expérience démontrée de la gestion de communauté en français et en anglais
Connaissance approfondie de la culture, des médias et des communautés numériques du Canada francophone
Habiletés de communication exceptionnelles en français et en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit; grande attention portée au ton, aux nuances et aux détails
Compréhension de pointe des plateformes de médias sociaux
Grand sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs marques, priorités et échéanciers simultanément

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, bilingual Social & Community Manager to join our Social & Content team. This role is ideal for a strategic, creative thinker who lives and breathes social media and is excited to help brands show up meaningfully in culture.
As a Social & Community Manager, you will support the development and execution of social and community engagement strategies that align with our clients’ business and brand goals. You’ll serve as the voice of the brand in community spaces, act as a pulse-check on emerging trends, and contribute insights that help inform content, strategy, and risk management. This includes engaging with and writing for audiences in both English and French, ensuring cultural relevance and nuance across markets.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of social and community engagement strategies
Act as the primary point of contact for community members, responding to inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely, thoughtful, and brand-appropriate manner
Ideate, curate, and schedule engaging social content across a variety of social & digital platforms
Write, adapt, and translate social and community copy in English and French, ensuring accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance
Monitor social platforms to surface cultural trends, audience insights, risks, and opportunities, including those relevant to French-Canadian audiences
Track and report on social metrics, supporting strategists in translating performance into clear insights and actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients
Support the strategy team with insights that inform content planning, trend reports, and crisis or reputation management
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (PR, Influencer, and Client Services) to deliver integrated campaigns
Stay ahead of platform updates, best practices, and emerging community behaviors to continuously evolve our approach
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
2+ years of formal experience in community management, social media, or a related role (agency experience preferred)
Demonstrated experience managing communities fluently in both English and French
Strong knowledge of French-Canadian culture, media, and online communities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with strong attention to tone, nuance, and detail
Deep understanding of social platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, priorities, and timelines
Comfortable working independently while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment
Creative, culturally curious, and solutions-oriented mindset
Familiarity with digital marketing, content creation, and influencer relations is an asset
