Chez NielsenIQ, nous collaborons étroitement avec nos nombreux clients du secteur des produits de consommation courante (CPG) afin de développer des partenariats à forte valeur ajoutée. Notre objectif est de devenir leur principale source de renseignements d'affaires et de conseils stratégiques.
À titre de gestionnaire associé(e) de comptes clients, Perspectives d'affaires, vous serez responsable de créer de la valeur pour les clients en favorisant leur engagement, en comprenant leurs priorités et en mettant en œuvre leurs principaux objectifs d'affaires. Vous accompagnerez l'équipe d'analystes afin de produire des analyses pertinentes et des recommandations stratégiques qui aideront nos clients du secteur CPG à atteindre leurs objectifs commerciaux.
Vous développerez une compréhension approfondie de la stratégie et des priorités d'affaires de vos clients et mobiliserez les différentes équipes de services et d'analytique de NielsenIQ afin de répondre efficacement à leurs enjeux. Vous serez exposé(e) à l'ensemble des activités des clients CPG et évoluerez dans un environnement collaboratif où vous développerez de solides relations, tant avec votre équipe qu'avec les organisations clientes. Vous agirez également comme personne-ressource entre NielsenIQ et les clients, tout en assumant un rôle de chef de projet pour diverses initiatives.
Le candidat idéal possède :
- Un diplôme d'études postsecondaires en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Au moins 5 années d'expérience en recherche ou en analyse dans les secteurs des produits de consommation courante (CPG) ou du commerce de détail.
- D'excellentes aptitudes en présentation et en communication auprès de dirigeants et de cadres supérieurs chez les clients.
- De solides compétences en développement et en gestion de relations d'affaires.
- Compétences analytiques démontrées, avec une capacité éprouvée à interpréter et à intégrer des données afin de formuler des recommandations concrètes et exploitables.
- Une connaissance des produits et services de NielsenIQ constitue un atout.
- Une expérience en coaching et en mentorat de membres d'équipe constitue un atout.
- D'excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en français et en anglais, avec la capacité de communiquer efficacement en français avec les clients au Québec et en anglais avec les membres des équipes internes ainsi qu'avec les clients situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
Candidates must be currently located in the Greater Montreal area and be able to attend in-person meetings on a regular basis.
NielsenIQ works together with our many CPG clients to cultivate value-added partnership relationships. The goal is to become the primary and leading source of business insights for CPG clients. As an Associate Client Manager, Insights, you will be responsible for driving client value through engagement, understanding and implementing key priorities and business objectives. You will be responsible for coaching the Analyst team to derive insightful analysis and recommendations that will help CPG clients achieve their business goals. You will be charged with developing a strong understanding of client strategy and business priorities and engage all NielsenIQ services and analytic teams to assist in addressing those business issues. You will be exposed to all facets of the CPG clients and will work within a team environment where you will develop solid relationships with your own team and within the client organization. You will act as a liaison between NielsenIQ and the clients, as well as project lead on various initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
•Post secondary degree in Business or a related field
•5+ years of research/analytical experience within the CPG/Retail industries
•Strong presentation and communication skills with Senior Leaders at the client
•Strong relationship building/management skills
•Demonstrated analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret and integrate data to provide actionable focused recommendations
•Working knowledge of NielsenIQ products and services an asset
•Previous experience coaching and mentoring team members an asset
•Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in French within Québec and in English with internal team members and external clients outside Québec.
