Geschäftsführer/-in Deutschland (m/w/d) – WANDER GmbH

Was du tun wirst

• Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für das Deutschlandgeschäft und entwickelst die WANDER GmbH als eigenständige Organisation weiter.
• Du definierst und implementierst die Marktstrategie und setzt klare Wachstumsimpulse für OVOMALTINE, TWININGS, CAOTINA.
• Du stärkst bestehende Handelsbeziehungen und entwickelst neue Chancen im deutschen Markt.
• Du führst und entwickelst das Marketing- und Sales-Team (15 Mitarbeitende) mit klarer Orientierung, Nähe und Unternehmergeist.
• Du baust Strukturen, Prozesse und Schnittstellen weiter aus, damit die GmbH effizient und marktnah agieren kann.
• Du vertrittst WANDER gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und internen Stakeholdern und bringst die deutsche Marktperspektive aktiv ein.

Was du mitbringst

• Mehrjährige Führungs- und General-Management-Erfahrung im FMCG-, Lebensmittel- oder Markenartikelumfeld.
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für den deutschen Handel, idealerweise mit belastbarem Netzwerk im LEH.
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Strategie, Business Development, Vertrieb, Marketing und P&L-Verantwortung.
• Verständnis und Erfahrung im Omni-Channel: Detailhandel, FS/OoH, E-Commerce.
• Unternehmerische Denkweise, hohe Umsetzungsstärke und Freude daran, Geschäfte aufzubauen und Menschen mitzunehmen.
• Starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie überzeugendes Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern.
• Moderne, wertschätzende Führungspersönlichkeit mit Energie, Klarheit und Teamspirit.
