GES Product System Engineer

It’s highly independent role which requires – beside requirements processing and management - good work coordination and planning between different engineering competencies to secure “good” product delivery

Your Role:

• Driving APSICE SYS1-SYS2 processes  (Customer requirements analysis, product system requirements creation, further requirements life-cycle processing/supervision during implementation and testing phase)

• Direct contact with Customers for their expectations and requirements clarification and potential solutions discussion

• Product dependencies and subsystems modelling using tools based on UML and/or similar

• Product functionalities KPIs definition/achievement

• Cooperation with other competencies (SW/HW/Tests) to secure delivery of products fulfilling Customer, Aptiv internal, legal, etc standards and requirements

Your Background:

• MSc or Bachelor degree in Electronics, Engineering or Computer Science (or related)

• Basic experience in programming (C/C++/Python)

• Good understanding and experience in PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS creation covering different technologies/standards used in these products (for example:  Bluetooth, SWDL, Machine Vision, FUSA, etc)

• Knowledge of automotive standards like ASPICE (SYS1-SYS3 processes), IATF, etc

• UML or similar language products/system modelling

• Understanding Software and Hardware development and life-cycle for better communication with SW/HW Engineering Teams

• Understanding of products functions, KPIs and metrics. Ability to define/create them.

• Excellent communication skills
