Brand Marketing Associate (m/f/d)

Reports to: Head of Marketing Germany
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team in Germany. This is a junior, entry-level position offering hands-on exposure to brand marketing activities across multiple products and target groups, with a particular focus on pharmacy-related promotional and service initiatives.
In this role, you will act as a project lead for assigned marketing initiatives, taking responsibility for planning, coordination, and execution while working closely with cross-functional teams such as Medical, Sales, Legal/Compliance, and external agencies. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in pharmaceutical brand marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Independently manage assigned marketing projects from concept to completion (e.g. campaigns, materials, events, digital initiatives)
Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and responsibilities
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
Lead national congress and event planning and execution
Support the local execution of brand and marketing strategies
Coordinate internal stakeholders across Marketing, Medical, Legal/Compliance, Sales, and external agencies
Manage briefing, review, approval, and rollout of promotional and non-promotional materials
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, legal, and regulatory requirements
Act as a key contact for assigned agencies and service providers
Manage briefings, feedback cycles, timelines, and deliverables
Prepare budget requests and track project-related budgets
Work closely with Sales and Medical teams to align marketing initiatives with field needs
Support training and roll-out activities for field-facing materials
Collect and incorporate internal feedback to continuously improve marketing activities
Monitor KPIs and project outcomes
Prepare project updates, reports, and status presentations
Support evaluation of campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities
Academic degree in science, medicine, pharmaceuticals, or business
At least 6 months of practical experience as a working student or intern in a marketing-related role within the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in biologics or biosimilars is an advantage
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal
Strong motivation and the ability to “make things possible”

Skills Required
