Position Summary:

The position of Brand Manager Immunology is expected to actively manage the Immunology biosimilar portfolio of Celltrion. The position holder is required to bring a solid brand manager skillset as well as an expertise in any or all of the therapeutic areas relevant for the brand. Previous experience in the biosimilars area is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and plan appropriate local brand/marketing activities for therapeutic areas based on, if applicable, global brand operating plan and aligned to relevant customer and country operating plans:
  • Build and execute local business plans for respective therapeutic area of brand, aligned with global marketing strategy
  • Develop and execute brand/marketing activities and programs, identifying brand issues and objectives for each targeted customer group and defining programs to address these
  • Direct creative and media agency as well as other external vendors to build a cohesive, highly engaging customer brand experience according to marketing strategy and tactics
  • Identify and develop innovative marketing approaches, challenging the status quo, to successfully differentiate our brands
  • Lead congress and event planning and execution on a national and pan-regional level
  • Challenge cross-functionally field force colleagues for customer and market insights, while providing appropriate responses to their feedback on brand materials and leveraging their market expertise
  • Actively drive and initiate continuous education of field force to ensure and enhance implementation and accuracy of customer programs
  • Ensure tight control of operational expenses per brand activity
  • Critically evaluate initiatives and programs based on SMART KPIs
  • Lead cross-functional oncology brand team meetings with responsibility for generation of brand insights, prioritization and balancing of brand related programs and materials
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of operational activities with other therapeutic area(s) or brands

Requirements:

Qualifications/Experiences:

  • Academic degree in science, medical, pharmaceuticals or business
  • Minimum of 3 years of related commercial pharmaceutical experience as brand/product manager
  • Biologics/biosimilars market experience is a strong plus
  • Expertise in dermatology, gastroenterology is preferred
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, in both English and German

Skills Required

  • Academic degree in science, medical, pharmaceuticals or business
  • Minimum of 3 years of related commercial pharmaceutical experience as brand/product manager
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English and German
  • Experience developing and executing brand/marketing activities, agency/vendor management, congress planning, and leading cross-functional teams
  • Biologics/biosimilars market experience
  • Expertise in dermatology or gastroenterology
