EHS&Q Manager (German Speaking)
For our Production Facility in Sobernheim, Germany we are currently looking for an EHS&Q Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring that the work in the plant is carried out according to the EHS&Q regulations standards and to provide technical support to current production processes and new projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating, and implementation the activities of Environment, Risk Prevention and Safety carried out in the plant according standard: ISO 14001, OHSAS 1800, ISO45001, ISO50001 and maintain their management systems
- Planning, coordinating, and implementation of business activities to ensure quality in production and distribution and meet our ISO 9001 requirements and standards.
- Evaluate and control the safety and environment aspects along with other departments
- Maintains quality assurance objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals.
- Ensure that all personnel act in accordance Environment and Safety Policy of the Bad Sobernheim Plant
- Provides technical support to production plant
- Work with all departments to define the needed improvement projects and its implementation
- Maintain internal communication and support with other Solenis plants in Europe.
The Individual:
- Chemical Engineer or similar degree
- Risk prevention degree
- Proven experience in EHS&Q Management Systems
- Computer skills: MS Office, Lotus Notes, Internet
- Fluency in German, Good in English
- Flexibility, attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Customer orientated
- Team player
