About the roleWe are building a Talent Pool of freelance German Dubbing AI Adaptors to support current and future production needs.
This is not a full-time or permanent position. Work is offered on a project basis, and assignment volumes are directly dependent on client demand, production schedules, and incoming content volumes.
Talent Pool freelancers will be contacted for paid projects as volumes become available and matched based on language, availability, and performance.
Responsibilities- Adapt scripts for dubbing and generate new audio using AI-based TTS tools.
- Review, correct, and refine automated translations to ensure natural, accurate localization.
- Evaluate voice quality, emotional performance, timing, and overall audiovisual output.
- Address client feedback, rejection notes, and revision requests.
- Work independently and efficiently on multiple productions while meeting quality and delivery standards.
- German (spoken and written).
- Experience in dubbing or post-production workflows - a strong advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Dubbing direction, adaptation, or performance, Voice acting, Transcription, translation, subtitling, proofreading, captioning, or media localization.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
- Audio or video editing skills.
