O profissional será responsável por gerenciar um portfólio de 25 marcas maduras, com foco principal em defesa de market share e rentabilidade em mercados altamente competitivos. Perfil analítico e com visão estratégica de negócios, terá forte atuação em estratégias de preço, distribuição, trade marketing e negociações comerciais junto ao varejo farmacêutico.

 

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver e liderar estratégias de marketing e trade marketing para um portfólio de marcas estabelecidas, com foco em competitividade em mercados maduros e alta presença de genéricos;

• Construir e executar planos estratégicos orientados a sell-out, distribuição, pricing e presença no ponto de venda, garantindo rentabilidade e sustentabilidade do portfólio;

•Analisar dados de mercado (auditorias, sell-in, sell-out, canais) para identificação de oportunidades de crescimento, otimização de mix e priorização de marcas;

• Definir estratégias comerciais por canal (varejo independente, associativismo, grandes redes, distribuidores), adaptando abordagem conforme dinâmica competitiva;

• Liderar iniciativas de trade marketing, incluindo campanhas no ponto de venda, materiais promocionais e ações de visibilidade;

• Monitorar continuamente a performance das marcas e implementar ajustes táticos e estratégicos com agilidade;

• Gerenciar o ciclo de vida do portfólio, incluindo decisões de foco, despriorização ou revitalização de marcas;

• Atuar de forma integrada com áreas como Comercial, Supply, Finanças e Compliance, assegurando execução eficiente;

• Planejar e controlar o orçamento, com foco em alocação eficiente de investimentos e maximização de ROI;

• Liderar e desenvolver o time, promovendo visão analítica, senso de dono e foco em resultado.


Qualificações, experiências e habilidades

• Formação superior completa (Administração, Marketing, Economia ou áreas correlatas);

• Experiência prévia como gerente de produto. Experiência em mercados maduros ou genéricos será considerado diferencial;

• Forte capacidade analítica e experiência com auditorias de mercado;

• Experiência em trade marketing, estratégias de canal e execução comercial;

• Perfil orientado a resultado, com capacidade de priorização e tomada de decisão;

• Desejável pós-graduação ou MBA;

• Inglês avançado;

• Domínio do Pacote Office.
