O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
- Liderar iniciativas de Agentic AI e Generative AI, da definição de estratégia e arquitetura à implementação e evolução das soluções.
- Desenhar soluções baseadas em AI Agents e sistemas multiagentes, direcionadas a desafios complexos de negócio.
- Definir arquiteturas para aplicações com LLMs, integrando dados corporativos, APIs e sistemas empresariais.
- Liderar tecnicamente times multidisciplinares de AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering e Cloud.
- Transformar necessidades de negócio em produtos e soluções de IA escaláveis.
- Atuar com executivos e stakeholders seniores na identificação de oportunidades e definição de estratégias para aplicação de Inteligência Artificial.
- Estabelecer boas práticas de arquitetura, qualidade, segurança, governança e avaliação de soluções de IA.
- Experiência sólida em Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI e Data, incluindo experiência prática com Agentic AI, desenho e implementação de agentes ou sistemas multiagentes.
- Conhecimento aprofundado de LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, APIs e padrões de integração, além de experiência com LangGraph, LangChain, Microsoft AutoGen, Semantic Kernel ou equivalentes.
- Conhecimento em plataformas de Cloud e AI como Microsoft Azure/Azure AI, AWS ou Google Cloud, com experiência na liderança de soluções de IA em ambientes corporativos complexos.
- Capacidade de conectar estratégia, arquitetura e execução, liderando equipes técnicas multidisciplinares e levando soluções além de provas de conceito.
