Summary
Main responsible to provide specialized support on Human Resources issues by providing guidance on the execution of the HR strategy for employees in the brewery. Is responsible for, maintaining the order of the organizational structure, as well as the Head Count aligned with the annual plan. Is responsible for maintaining labor relations with the Union Committee and with the staff in general, verifying compliance with the provisions emanating from the Federal Labor Law, Collective Labor Contract, Internal Labor Regulations and Human Resources Policies; in addition to maintaining a healthy labor relationship between collaborators, the Union and the Company. During these responsibilities he or she is a promoter of the organizational culture.
Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partner service for employees at the brewery, listening to the needs of the area, helping them find the first options for the solution with the objective of customer service and responsibility with HR processes.
2. Prepares and manages the annual payroll budget, using the projected employee base for the fiscal year, complying with established financial guidelines, to guarantee business decision-making, together with the Senior HR Manager
3. First reviewer and creator of compensation analysis or salary changes together with the Senior HR Manager, as well as organizational design cases for promotions and leveling, through the compensation template and attached to the compensation policy to guarantee equity in the organization.
4. Manages the correct use of the staff's common areas in the brewery (Dining Rooms), through service providers, to guarantee adequate attention to collaborators and ensuring payment of expenses.

5. Design, manage and organize events to support the work environment for staff within the brewery, following the scheduling, budget and scope guidelines shared by management, in accordance with organizational culture.
6. Ensures, together with the service areas (COES) of HR, that the department complies with the Internal and External Audit in compliance with safety issues and working conditions.
7. Advise staff on any requirement, obligation or right established by the Federal Labor Law,
Collective Contract and Internal Labor Regulations and Human Resources Policies to maintain an adequate work environment through tours of the work areas and providing personalized attention to any worker
that requires it.
8. Attend and define, together with the Senior HR Manager, Department Manager, the individual work conflicts of the staff, following up on reports of indiscipline received to maintain order and a good work environment.
9. Follow-up on personnel dismissals, attention to the case according to the reason for dismissal, request for settlements, and ensure that settlements are delivered to the conciliation and arbitration board.
10. Maintain permanent and effective communication with the Union Committee, through the different forums created for this purpose, to respond as soon as possible to each situation that arises with its members.
(Weekly union meeting, biweekly general service meeting, etc.).
11. Ensure alignment, adherence and monitoring of payments of contractual clauses in a timely manner (benefits, gifts, annual delivery of uniforms, new contracts, etc).
12. Validate and communicate the results of indicators and the calculation for payment of the quarterly performance incentive of the personnel that is part of the operating model, responding to the departments and Union of the results.
