The National Private Market Access Manager is accountable for leading the national Private Market Access organization and ensuring the effective execution of Pfizer's private market access strategy in Brazil. The role drives sustainable patient access to Pfizer's portfolio by translating strategic priorities into disciplined national execution, developing strong Access Manager capabilities, and fostering integrated, compliant cross‑functional collaboration.
This role is a senior people leader who combines deep private market access expertise with strong enterprise leadership behaviors, acting as a strategic partner to Commercial, Medical, HEOR, Strategic Access, Finance, Legal, among other areas.
SCOPE & IMPACT
Strategy & Execution
- Owns the national private market access execution plan, translating strategy into clear priorities, initiatives, and KPIs.
- Anticipates changes in the private healthcare environment and adapts access strategies accordingly.
- Identifies and leads initiatives that measurably improve patient access and payer engagement.
People Leadership
- Leads, develops, and sustains a highperforming national team of Access Managers.
- Drives performance management, coaching, development planning, and succession readiness.
- Builds organizational capability through structured onboarding, training, and infield coaching.
CrossFunctional Leadership
- Operates with an enterprise mindset, aligning access execution with Commercial, Medical, HEOR, and Strategic Access priorities.
- Ensures systematic capture and escalation of field insights to inform strategy, launches, and lifecycle management.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensures all access initiatives comply with Pfizer policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Partners with Legal and Compliance to evolve programs in response to regulatory changes.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA or advanced degree required
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in market access, reimbursement, or managed healthcare, preferably with specialty or innovative medicines
- Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience
Skills
- Strong understanding of Brazilian private market access pathways
- Proven stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Fluent Portuguese and English
