Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Program Manager, Managed Service Program Analytics to join our Managed Service Program team.

In this role, you will be responsible for solution design, data analysis, and financial stewardship to manage the financial integrity of our Managed Service Program accounts. You will collect and analyze customer data to identify trends, recommend activity allotments, and work closely with sellers on program development while ensuring highly accurate client billing and post-signature oversight.

Our team focuses on driving strategic program growth and financial accuracy by transforming complex customer data into actionable program solutions and reliable dashboard reporting.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Data Analysis & Trend Identification: Collect and analyze customer data to identify activity trends, develop root cause analysis for data anomalies, and document recommended activity caps.

  • Solution Design & Program Development: Provide Subject Matter Expert support for solution design and program development, working closely with Sales and implementation teams to support new contract implementations.

  • Financial Stewardship & Invoicing Oversight: Review invoices for accuracy, coordinate invoicing for program overages, and closely manage the financial integrity of each deal.

  • Reporting & Pipeline Management: Create and maintain monthly dashboard reporting for Managed Service Program accounts and manage opportunity reporting in Salesforce.

  • Process Improvement: Identify program gaps and drive continuous process improvements across the managed service ecosystem.

  • Strong knowledge of solution design, root cause analysis, and dataset evaluation.

  • Proven ability in dashboard creation, financial reporting, and managing opportunities within Salesforce.

  • Exceptional communication skills to provide Subject Matter Expert support to Sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
