Propósito del puesto

Planificar, implementar y coordinar los planes y estrategias de cada uno de los productos a cargo, asignando y administrando los recursos de presupuesto, basado en el mix de marketing, con el objetivo de maximizar su crecimiento y rentabilidad.

Responsabilidades clave

• Planificación estratégica: Diseñar planes estratégicos, operacionales y definir el presupuesto necesario para maximizar el potencial de los productos.
• Ejecución de marketing: Implementar las estrategias de marketing propuestas y monitorear su desempeño para asegurar resultados óptimos.
• Control presupuestario: Supervisar la correcta ejecución de los planes operacionales y la asignación de presupuesto en monto y tiempo.
• Administración de inversión promocional: Distribuir eficientemente los recursos para obtener el mayor retorno en el desarrollo de cada producto.
• Coordinación interdisciplinaria: Liderar la integración de áreas (ventas, medical affairs, finanzas, logística), gestionando agenda, tiempos y responsabilidades para impulsar el crecimiento del producto.
• Estrategia omnicanal: Desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia omnicanal que genere el impacto deseado en HCP (Health Care Professionals) y cumpla con los KPI definidos.

Cualificaciones

• Título universitario en Administración, Negocios, Ingeniería o área afín con énfasis en Marketing.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo y gestión de productos o roles similares.
• Inglés nivel intermedio/avanzado (requerido).
• Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office.
• Experiencia gestionando mercados de más de un país (deseable).
• Disponibilidad para viajar según necesidades del negocio
