You will be manager in a team responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance of a country, category, Supply Chain or FP&A. You will support the Senior Manager or Director in data collection to prepare business proposals, verify assumptions, check daily execution and support delivery of overall objectives and ensure the integrity and timeliness of reporting. You may also have a direct report or manage third party providers resources.
How you will contribute
You will:
  • Manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will own data collection and verify data integrity
  • Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
  • Help the senior manager and the business prepare critical financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions
  • Lead projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of Finance peers and drive our Finance talent agenda within the organization, with a focus on local FP&A pipeline

What you will bring

  • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market dynamics. Relevant experience in a regional/local business
  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experience with business partnering and communication skills across a large regional or local public company

Job Objective
Coordinate the pricing strategy within Revenue Growth Management, being responsible for planning price revisions, calculating elasticities, and integrating pricing with demand planning (IBP), ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and price consistency across channels.
Key Activities
  • Coordinate the planning of price revisions and changes, ensuring alignment with the commercial strategy and profitability objectives;
  • Anticipate promotional plan discussions, ensuring that the impact on prices is proactively considered in planning;
  • Calculate and update regular and promotional elasticities, providing analytical inputs for pricing decision-making;
  • Link price planning with demand planning (IBP), ensuring consistency between price and volume projections;
  • Ensure tracking of price building blocks in IBP, maintaining visibility and governance over the components that shape demand;
  • Evaluate prices and sales across channels (cross-channel), identifying opportunities, conflicts, and ensuring alignment with MDLZ objectives;

Requirements
Mandatory:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields;
  • Experience in Pricing, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Planning, or related areas;
  • Strong analytical skills and quantitative reasoning (elasticities, price modeling, scenario analysis);
  • Strategic pricing vision with understanding of channel dynamics;
  • Communication and influencing skills for engaging with multiple stakeholders;

Desirable:
  • Experience with elasticity analysis and statistical modeling tools;
  • Knowledge of Market Share tools (Nielsen, Scanntech, Kantar);
  • Experience in consumer goods companies (CPG/FMCG);
  • Intermediate/Advanced English;
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in related areas;
  • Knowledge of IBP (Integrated Business Planning) processes and integration between pricing and demand;

Key Challenges
  • Consistently integrate price planning with demand planning (IBP), ensuring that price changes are accurately reflected in volume and revenue projections;
  • Anticipate and quantify the impact of promotional plans on pricing strategy, acting proactively rather than reactively;
  • Keep regular and promotional elasticities updated and reliable in a dynamic and competitive market environment;
  • Ensure price consistency across channels (cross-channel), balancing competitiveness and profitability;
  • Ensure governance and traceability of price building blocks in IBP, in a context of multiple variables and stakeholders;
  • Translate complex pricing analyses into clear and actionable recommendations for leadership and partner areas.
