Responsável pela área de Operações da Business Line da Punto no Brasil, com interação direta com o México e outras geografias. O escopo abrange as áreas de Logística, Backoffice e Atendimento.
Principais responsabilidades
- Assegurar a excelência das operações, monitorando KPIs e gerenciando SLAs, com foco em elevar NPS e CSAT.
- Liderar a implantação de ferramentas e integrações via Web Services e APIs.
- Revisar, negociar e gerir contratos de fornecedores, garantindo SLAs, compliance e otimização.
- Assegurar a sustentação da esteira produtiva com alta disponibilidade e confiabilidade.
- Gerir custos com foco em eficiência, previsibilidade e melhor alocação de recursos.
- Impulsionar a inovação por meio de ferramentas e soluções que gerem valor ao negócio.
- Conduzir a digitalização de processos, automação e adoção de agentes de IA.
- Garantir o engajamento e o desenvolvimento do time, acompanhando entregas, oferecendo feedbacks contínuos e alinhando competências às responsabilidades, em um ambiente de alta performance.
Pré-requisitos
- Graduação completa.
- Desejável MBA ou Pós-graduação.
- Inglês em nível de conversação.
- Experiência em liderança com interface com sistemas de gestão operacional, qualidade, backoffice, contratos e logística.
