Descripción del Puesto: 

El/la Gerente de Distrito, es responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los resultados cuantitativos y cualitativos de su equipo de ventas basado en un liderazgo transformacional, garantizando una gestión y direccionamiento de su equipo de ventas. Logra esto estableciendo una adecuada administración de los recursos y presupuesto por parte de su equipo de ventas alineado a las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía; Además de ejecutar una adecuada implementación de la estrategia de marketing para el logro de los resultados en corto, mediano y largo plazo.

Responsabilidades  

  • Gestión y administración del equipo de ventas a su cargo para lograr los objetivos de venta mensual, Trimestral, Semestral y anual (Cobertura de cuotas, Crecimiento, Market Share, Índice de evolución).

  • Administración de los recursos de manera estratégica para el logro de los resultados garantizando la maximización de las inversiones y logrando el ROI.

  • Garantizar la adecuada implementación de la estrategia de Marketing por su equipo de Ventas.

  • Analizar y validar que su equipo de ventas logra los Kpis de visita médica, Cobertura de visita de farmacias de manera mensual.

  • Establecer un proceso de Coaching en el trabajo de campo con sus colaboradores verificando la correcta ejecución del modelo de ventas CFI.

  • Revisar y elaborar planes de desarrollo del equipo de ventas a su cargo.

  • Mantener adecuados inventarios de sus productos en las cadenas de farmacia Regionales, Nacionales y Autoservicios.

  • Administrar y maximizar el presupuesto asignado para optimizar la operación del equipo de ventas.

  • Establecer y mantener relaciones claves con médicos líderes de opinión y con las sociedades y colegios médicos de su región.

  • Trabajo Cross Funcional con las áreas de soporte de la compañía: Marketing, Medical, Comercial,, Capacitación, Compliance, etc.

Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas   

  • Licenciatura en Área Económico- Administrativas, De la Salud o Afines (Titulo) Indispensable.

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años como gerente de distrito/Ventas o similar en laboratorios Farmacéuticos Nacionales o trasnacionales.

  • Experiencia comprobable en gestión comercial e implementación de estrategias comerciales en Farmacias Regionales, Nacionales y Autoservicios.

  • +5 años gestionando un equipo directo (al menos 5 reportes directos)

Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Deseables

  • Maestría en Administración de negocios o Afín es deseable.

  • Dominio de inglés es deseable.

  • Manejo de portafolio maduro.

  • Enfoque a resultados.

  • Visión Estratégica.

  • Toma de Decisiones.

  • Gestión Comercial.

  • Cooperación Transversal.

  • Habilidad para desenvolverse en un entorno de cambio constante.
