We are looking for a Brand and Corporate Communications Manager.
Combining Brand & Communications with the mission is to ensure consistent and efficient Brand and Communications Management for Pluxee activity in Brazil. Reporting to the CMO of the country.
🚀 What you’ll be doing:
- Develop Pluxee External and Corporate Communications.
- Deliver Pluxee Brand strategy in Brazil (Brand positioning, Value proposition, Architecture framework and Visual identity) to support the activity’s strategic ambition.
- Contribute to the overall direction and strategy of Brand & Communications defined by Global Pluxee Brand & Communication team.
- Build communications plan for business needs and strategy – including for Pluxee Comex members – and tell a cohesive story to external stakeholders.
- Develop and structure, in close collaboration with the Products team, Pluxee storytelling and key messages reflecting our strategy, in alignment with the Global Pluxee Brand & Communication team message framework.
- Design thought leadership and business contents following an editorial calendar.
- Ensure consistency and impact of our voice on the market.
- Lead Pluxee media relations activities.
- Actively participate in Crisis communications team.
- Manage budgets effectively and in line with company policy.
- Leverage agency support on an ad hoc basis.
- Measure impact of external communications activities.
- Benchmark competitors’ brand and communications positioning and activities.
- Lead the Pluxee Brazil contribution to corporate and financial communications needs such as Annual report, Quarterly financial results, analysts requests, Media requests and opportunities, etc.
- Design and implement relationship activities plan to support commercial management and strengthen retention of our stakeholders.
- Lead brand presence at events and fairs, generating new business opportunities and strengthening brand recognition.
- Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, frameworks, templates and resources to support Pluxee Product strategy and Brand governance.
- Define, develop and manage the tools that enable a consistent and correct deployment of our brands to our stakeholders.
- Act as our Brand guardian by making sure our overall branding is aligned through our online and offline channels.
- Develop her/his team of collaborators, through accurate communication, constant feedback, empowerment, and leadership.
- Participate actively and collaboratively in the implementation of the marketing strategy aligned with the strategic plan.
🌟 You’re a match:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing. Master’s degree preferred.
- Min 7 years’ experience in Communications, especially in brand, content creation, or external. corporate communications for both B2B & B2C stakeholders.
- Having some years of experience leading teams is ideal.
- Strong expertise in the management of content creation and crafting compelling content.
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese, with excellent writing skills in both languages.
- Good understanding of digital and technology-driven companies.
- Competencies: Structured and organized, with strong project management skills, proactive, digital/tech-savvy.
